Randomly, this assigned player they are assigned to switches with the player who had screened the other player. They then run towards the opposite end of the court. They are now left open and unsupervised. The result is that you're punished with severe "leave defensive assignments" and "defensive breakdown" penalties, which affect your performance but aren't entirely your fault Buy 2K MT. It's not a major issue however, it has lasted long enough to frustrate me and cause me to bring it up it here.
