We ship our fish through Virgin Cargo (please talk to us if you prefer other shipping options). We provide DOA (dead on arrival) refund. In case of a DOA incident, it is crucial to inform us in a timely manner in order to receive a refund. Please have the shipping bag as is, "unopened".
